Racial Issues Not Always Tied to Black and White

Ok, well forgive me for not knowing his name off the top of my head, but the southeastern US leader guy (lol whatever the title was, it was long winded) from the Justice Department attends most of the "town hall" meetings that we have here. If I encounter him again, I will ask him about it. Since he just loves talking to me anyway.
