ESP and OBE questions

Okay, I'd like to know EVERY single step involved in the processes of ESP and/or an OBE. As much information as you can possibly give me, anyway.
I'm looking to make my own opinion of these things and any help you guys can offer would be very much appricated.

After I make my opinion, depending on what it might be, I might just try a few things out. I've always had a latent psychic ability, and, if the processes fit with my pre-concepts then I'd like to try and turn that ability into a skill.
If not, well, I guess I'll have to deal with it.

Any info would you guys can give me would be nice!

There really isn't a step by step process that you can go by. What works for one person probably won't work for the next. I'd suggest reading as much as you can on the subject, then trying some experiments. Document your findings.
