What my father told me about ufos

Can you please tell us your fathers philosophical positions relating to religeon, politics, human nature, etc? You don't have to recite a doctrine, just is there anything that stands out in your mind? FOr example, how did your father respond to statements about humanity and human nature? How did he respond to science fiction movies

My father was , (is a) Republican..His god was...is... the Navy (methodist).When it came to issues like god..he would always say to me...Iam your god...now finish your dinner...(what a smart ass) He was a mean, cold ass, mother mofo. He broke my hand once because I stole a winnie the poo bear from Sears.The only time I ever "bonded with him was when my mother pasted and I asked him these questions about that picture...Which he still has.

and he told me ....quote..so that the flying fish can bring them to heaven.

It would be interesting to get all of your parent's testimonials on a meaningful documentary. One that doesn't focus on flashy lights, but what people have been told by friends and relatives, or even saw themselves. One made available free.

I'm assuming you aren't really Baltar, and are therefore are not a narcisist with growing megalomania.

I'd still love to see a sketch of the model plane on that bookshelf, if that poster is still around.

When things leak to friends and relatives, it is my opinion that it is because it is the true moral imperative that such information not be held by the feudal state. The most honorable, who have access to such information, only divulge it when issues of emotional clarity help them overcome the overloaded role of honor in their ethical codes. Therefore, it is the most crucial information for the public, as it is what we most need to know but from which we are most dishonestly divorced.

Thanks for sharing Peady,I've always thought that ufos could be in our oceans.It just makes sense.Could you imagine what could be in our deepest parts of our oceans?There could be entire cities under there.Also wasn't there a submarine that disappeared somewhere off the coast of California searching an underwater cavern?I believe it was the USS Scorpian.I could be wrong.anyone know what I'm talking about?Once again thanks Peady!

In late december I'm going to vist my father for his birthday.He has boxes and boxes of information pertaining to his job in the Navy.If I come across anything intresting, I will post it.I'm hoping to come across something inperticular..documents refering to underwater anomalies. Specifically, underwater pyramids

I am also a believer and my dads friend gave me a video of what looks like a ufo that he taped. I don't think it was a plane because at the end there was a flash and it dissapers with a trail of light next to it.

As long as its not Jar Jar Binks living in our sea I do not care who lives there. lol

PEADY great thread. I now refer to UFO's or AC's as "Look flying fish!"

This thread reminds me of the TV series movie "Surface" lol I don't know how it ended, but I draw parallels.

Perhaps we should stop looking up at the night skies and look in the depths of the seas...

I don't usually read or respond to "Alien" posts but this has been a fascinating thread. I must admit it has me intriqued. Thanks for posting.

Of course the whole decending into the ocean part can be believed.
There have been first hand accounts of this.
However, to say they're no threat, well, noone can really say that, as anything, anyone can be a threat in the right situation.

?: Is there a forum/web site/repository where elderly, perhaps terminally ill military/gov't/scientist types can turn to (easily) to 'unload' their, well, secret baggage before they die and the info is lost to humanity forever?

If so, where & how? If not, why not? There should be... Sounds like a potential worthwhile endeavor for ATSers to set up, no? Especially if given assurances of anonymity, methinks some interesting, intriguing revelations may come to light...

An interesting thought. Could a species co-evolve with humans or even pre-evolve in the oceans unseen? Could said species create craft not unlike our "submarines" to explore the "air above" as we explore the "sea below"? It would answer many of the technical questions about the huge distances of space travel. If a species was technically advanced that they could create crafts that travel through water as easily as we travel through air, wouldn't that alien craft be hyper agile when it was in air?
Maybe the "greys" we all see are actually creatures in "grey" environmental suits to let them breath in open air just like our divers were suits to breath under water.

The Atlantean mythos could come into play as well as many of the ancient signs often attributed to outer space aliens.


There are bible sories of great floods, Jesus "walking on water" and "calming the storm while fishing"

So there we have it. UFO's are fish-men and Jesus was a fish-man ambassador.

Not to discredit things but there are FAR more commercial ships on the oceans - where are all their reports/photos/videos, etc..?? They have radar and in some cases sonar (to watch for semi-sunken containers in the water).

There are hundreds of research vessels from all countries out there as well.

There are also hundreds, if not thousands of recreational sailors, traversing the worlds oceans in sailboats and powerboats - many of those have radar and sonar and have lots of cameras on board - where are all the pics..??
