If all of this is true Bayer and those involved should be held accountable thats murder.Its murder when an infected person knowingly infects another.

How many children have been infected with HIV because of this?

But surely there would be an uproar from France Japan and Spain about this?

Many of these persons have since died. Others were children or teenagers when they received the products and have been infected with AIDS and/or Hepatitis B and/or C for most of their lives.

It goes on to say that they did continue to sell these meds overseas, and kept the good meds for here in America.

What realy stinks about this is that they will not get what they deserve for it. Most likely will never get more than a slap on the hand.

Quite a few people in the UK were infected after using factor8, and not only with hiv but with hepatitus as well

It WAS on the news, and they've already pretty much gotten away with it.
Bayer has an interesting history as well, it took about fifty years to dissolve the holdings of the Nazi Chem./Pharm. Company IG Farben, Bayer is just one of several of those offshoots.

FDA knew about this and allowed it to happen!!!!!! Come on its time to do something to these people... What the H*** is going on....You know if what else are they putting this virus in?

I don't think they put the virus in as such, this product was made from blood donated from prisoners iirc, many of whom were contaminated with HIV and hepatitus

Thats what i got from the video as well solidshot.However the authorities allowed them to export the infected product to other countries,instead of having it all destroyed.

I'm furious! I want heads on platters - NOW! Why do we live in a world where NO ONE is held accountable? I am fed up with this crap! These rich aristocrats think that they can play God with human life; that we are pawns to be used for their pleasure and at their disposal! If this had been something as simple as one neighbor with AIDS spitting on another neighbor this would be played ad nauseum by the media and the person who spat would be tried for attempted murder, or at least felonious assault.

These people have civic and social responsibilities being in positions of power. When they have demonstrated that they have no respect for their fellow human beings, it is time to strip them of their power and hold them accountable for the damage that they have done to society. I wonder who will have the courage to do what is right and make Bayer's executives criminally liable for this? It certainly won't be any politicians in the US - why? Because they risk losing their fat campaign contributions if they tried. Another example of how money and politics trumps that which is just and right! May those responsible rot in Hell for all of eternity!

My points is, is that this story leaked out on the mainstream TV then..they never show it again..why?
(for example when the towers were falling on 911, some israelies were cheering and taking photos of it)

When an opposing force does something to harm us (the west) the news of it literally gets implanted into our heads, why?

They lie to us and hide stuff from us, they controll us with this!

Early in the AIDS epidemic, the medicine was made using plasma from 10,000 or more donors. There was not yet a screening test for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, so even a small number of HIV-positive donors could taint a large pool of plasma recipients.

Bayer, based in the western German city of Leverkusen, said Cutter continued selling the older version because some customers doubted the new drug's effectiveness, and because some countries were slow to approve its sale. It said there were initially concerns that heat-treating might make the drug less safe or less effective.

Cutter also sold the older medicine in Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore after February 1984, according to the documents. Cutter shipped more than 100,000 vials of unheated (The drug is the same, but they heat the new one to destroy the AIDS virus) concentrate, worth more than $4 million, after it began selling the safer product.

As a result, thousands of hemophiliacs became infected with HIV. Bayer and three other companies that made the concentrate have paid about $600 million to settle more than 15 years of lawsuits accusing them of making a dangerous product.

The real criminals, aside from corporate bureaucrats, in my opinion, are those in the government and especially within the FDA who tried to cover this entire mess up. Yes, Bayer had to pay *monetary* reprisals, but like the video said, government officials in other nations were jailed for their intentional oversight.
