Calling all men who cook & clean

1st. I want to say I love these kind of men.

But is it true that you guys also like to have input on how we dress, spend our money, & how the home is to be decorated? Would you say you are not interested, mildly interested, sometimes interested or very interested in these matters?

i cook and clean be cause i live alone. for lunch lol

I don't cook a lot, but I do clean and do laundry.

My Gal loves it ( me ).

I do have an opinion on how she dresses, but usually only when she asks.

I never tell her how to spend her money, it's hers.

She leaves the decorating of the home up to me.
except for the kitchen... everything was her idea..

I am definitely one of those guys... I care how my babe looks and how she dresses... We even have an agreement that other than gifts, we pretty much make it a joint decision to buy something over $50... Luckily, we have the same decorating tastes, so deciding on themes for rooms was pretty easy...and we'll both look at the same thing, before one even says a word to the other... For example, we could stumble upon a display of 100 lamps. I'll know the one she'll look at first, and vice-versa....

In cleaning, we have set roles....I do the garbage, dishes, and the living room...she does the rest of the kitchen, the floors, etc. and other such divisions... With set roles, there's no arguing...

She does most of the cooking, but I'll help with prep, and I try to cook at least once a week or more, with some meals being a "you fix that, and I'll fix this...".

I offer to cook.. but she usually just comes in and takes over..

did you know that you can cook mac -n- cheese too long...

When, I cook the local fire department goes on standby...

Well, I have a couple of dishes as my staples that I fix...mostly recipes from Mom... She's a damn good cook though, so even the stuff I make good, she usually makes better...

I forgot to mention something very important.

A good man is good at cleaning the washroom, especially the toilet. LOL.

Hehe, well I guess I lose out there....we rely on one of those 2000 flushes kind of jobs there....(But I clean up dog and cat mess, does that count?)

To an extent I am like that. I love to cook,but I will only clean if I want to. My bedroom is clean because I hate losing my stuff in a pile of dirty clothes. But other than having my room clena I'm a lazy ass. iI'll walk by trashbags and stuff that needs to be picked up. I'll do it but it takes me a while.

Dude... Christopher Lowell rocks... or maybe he just likes rocks... oh well who the hell cares...lol

I cook... I am a VERY good cook. I don't do a lot of the cleaning... On occasion I will take a notion and when I do EVERYTHING will be spotless... but for the most part, my wife does the cleaning.

Do I care how she dresses??? Only if she is going to be seen with me...lol

As for money... usually not an issue.

Decorating... I help... for instance my office... It is decorated with an aquarium with exotic fish, a bow, some of my guns, my pool sticks, and some of my tools that just plain look cool... Plus my favorite color (purple) carries throughout the house.
