Think of TRINITY? her name? and there were alot of connection between Jesus and Neo, (NO SPOILERS)think of the way he was at the end of the movie and what happened. Just the way they showed him reminded you of Jesus "the one" the messiah, and think of what the oracle said about NEO at the end of the movie.

I haven't seen it cause I live in like a hick-town and I don't want to ruin it by seeing it in a delapidated theatre, so I'mm waiting till I go to a larger city over Thanksgiving. Anyway, I found this site discussing all connections in the Matrix and others of its trilogy.

I can't wait to see it. I've seen the trend in the themes being set up from the start (from the very 1st movie). Ought to be interesting to see how it all finally plays out.

I saw the movie a few days ago. I could totally see a few symbols of the movie that relate to christianity.

The entire trilogy relates to Religion

You people keep on saying it relates to religion but have no examples. All I can see is a great resemblance to Star Wars.

You people are really stupid, no wonder why I stopped posting here.

Revolutions is the worst movie of the year. It's the dumbest thing out and no one should see it. Better than the first my ass, the first one was actually good- Part 2 and 3 were #.

I think all the Matrix movies suck. Terrible acting. Terrible plot. If it wan't for the special effects, think about how much the movie would suck. All it does is add all this "symbolism" and crap just to confuse you so you won't think it's bad.

You have to realize that none of this is original, it's all based from ideas taken from various other sources. the theme of living in a world that's beyong your control comes more or less from Orwell's 1984. The idea of living in a "matrix" or a imaginary world comes from Plato's "The Cave". You can see where the name Trinity came from, Christianity. The Matrix is just a compilation of all these different abstract ideas compliled into a really bad movie with too much violence and sex.

If you have to ask if there's any symbolism in the movie, you can see that it raises more questions that it answers. Once again, just designed to confuse you...

Matrix movies? waste of time.
Why don't you sheeple read a book and get educated and not dumbed down by the media. Cause you dont have much time left.

Obviously I love the matrix.

Embarassed to say that I have not seen it yet.

Seems much of my predictions about the final film's story line were correct.

The movie is a lot about gnosticism for those of you that do not understand.

When I see it I will make some postings.

It is not supposed to be easy to understand, neither is LOTR.

I really don't think the matrix is another dumb plot like most of the movies that are out today, like fast and furios and SWAT to name a few(no offence to anyone who likes them) but I think the Matrix is a very good movie and has alot of symbologies. It's not just another typical, dumb, movie.

I haven't seen it but I know some of the symbolism in it. It symbolizes a stupid movie that gives fan-boys too much to think about.
