What's Wrong With The BTS Section?

Hi,
I typically hang out on BTS. It's not working today. When I log in to BTS it brings me to the typical introduction screen, but when I hit "New Posts" it keeps bringing me back to ATS. I logged out of ATS, and re-logged on, and ATS is fine, but I cannot log out of BTS. Also, my "Member Center" button is red, and "pressed" as if I'm clicking on it. How can I fix this?
