Staged Assassination Attempt

With all these warnings from Al Qaeda (supposedly), Do you guys think that a staged assassination attempt on the President would be of more use to the neocon agenda then lets say another foiled hijacking attempt or an actual terrorist attack on U.S. Soil? They could make it look like an Iranian National with a history tied to the Iranian government was sent over here to assassinate the President. Here are some of my thoughts,

They could make it seem like he wants to shoot the president, misses the president and shoots one of the unsuspecting Secret service members or he can actually shoot the president and they could set off a blood packet and make it look like he was shot, rush him to a secret hospital and perform a surgery that makes him have bullet type wounds.. The Iranian national would be CIA trained and brainwashed and would have no recollection of the event sort of like sirhan sirhan.

Another thought of mine is kinda unrealistic because i dont think these governments will far for it but do you think they can stage attacks in vital strategic areas like China or Russia to get them to be on their side?

I think the neocons are at a stalemate right now mostly because of Russia and China but you never know what they can think up.

No outside power would want to bring that down on themselves. Consider the consinquences, just look at what we are doing in Iraq and other places people have forgotten about already.

No it would be an inside job, just as history has shown. Sure outsiders would benefit if it was in their interests, but no one would be so inane, seriously.

Bunnypant's handlers, even his own dear Pa would most likely off him in a heartbeat if he outlived his usefulness or there was major political capital to be gained.
