Cancer - a Definciency disease?

I've seen the videos on Google video on cancer being a deficency disease. They say it is due to a lack of vitamin B17 (also knows as Leitrile in drug form?) What do you all think about this? It seems plausable to me that it be that, since we've dumped so many billions of dollars into "research" and nothing has happened yet. Your thoughts...
