First - some strange prophecies.
I am hearing from numerous sources
that Islam has long had a prophecy
that (in our terms Armageddon) will occur
when there are two eclipses during Ramadan.

In all the history of Islam -
such an astrological
(I intentionally use the phrase
astrological instead of astronomical)
phenomena has never occurred.
And yet -
it will occur
during the next 30 days of Ramadan
which is just beginning.

i refuse to panic untill it starts (the end, the bombs whatever) if everyone paniced because of something written then the terrorists would win.

i will only panic if/or when something happens and even then it wont directly effect me unless it is in australia which is possible.

Election day or election proceedings are the optimal time to strike the government.

This was said by members of congress. Wishing to add an amendment to the constitution outlining emergencey election provisions.

I think before they do that, they should unratify the rest of the stuff they screwed up.

I think we will all know when a terrorist strike happens onlt when it is flashed on the TV. We can make predictions all we want, we can scare each other silly all day long. But in the end there is NOTHING we can do about a terrorist attack... that is the point you know? Fear, if we are scared all the time we was ceased to live. Quit wiggin out over every little thing that is posted in this vast wasteland called the internet.
I am not judging anyone here, hell, I used to wig out all the time about this stuff. Then I just realized that there is nothing to be gained by being afraid all the time. I was no safer than before, just more fearful.

I just want everyone to take a deep breath and be prepared, not scared. You'll live longer that way.

we stop on the 11th day of the 11th month at 11am each year to remember our fallen soldiers who have died or been wounded in wars and also the ones who made it home and did their duty making us proud.

so there is two dates to watch for in my opinion.

Something strange.. this morning I looked down at my calendar and noticed that Nov. 11 is Veteran's Day. Like I said before.. I hope it turns out to be an uneventful day - everywhere in the world.

Anyone see that MAJOR CHEESEBALL tv episode of "Threat Matrix" that had a Gulf war vet running a meth lab? Seems he was dealing with not african americans as it had seemed, but with ter'rists instead. The plot basically centered around the ter'rists plottin' to unleash two horrific car-bombs at or near a VETERAN's DAY parade. That show is SO PROPAGANDA, it's patently silly. However, I hope its not some kind of forward subliminal thing at play. It could well be.

I don't know much about HAARP, but could higher wave levels be the reason for that?

This is exactly the reason for "Heightened Terrorist Alerts". People's thoughts and reason tend to be cloudy when they're afraid.

Even if some terrorist dude got a hold of a dirty bomb and spread Sarin gas in a state capital, MAYBE a few dozen people would die, others would get sick.

The world isn't going to explode.

The type of conjecture and baseless alarmist ramblings that pepper this thread are the types of things that give terrorists erections... If you're constantly in fear of a terrorist attack, they've got you beat without having to do anything at all.

People.. who said anything about being afraid? Aware is not fear. So, anyone truly seeking truth better check their panic at the door. And, btw, if you're not into conspiracy chit-chat, why are you here?

This war on terrorism will go on for along time. Lets hope they can detect and stop any further destruction on our soil.

Maybe they will get a solar flare dropped on there heads.

It seems like the sun is acting up, almost like God shooting missles at the earth. They could get alot more powerful, nobody knows yet. Maybe when the time is right they'll get hit with it.

I still believe to this day that no matter how many intelligence agencies we have watching everything it will still be inadequate. The best thing to do to avoid future attacks is to have an AWAKE population. There's a lot of citizens living in America you know. There's a lot more citizens living in America than there are intelligence agents monitoring America.
Civic duty is an interesting concept. We are always reminded of our civic duty to vote and to serve on juries. I don't here so many reminders of our civic duty to look out for the country we live in.
Stop bitching about the FBI's problems and the CIA's problems and open your own damn eyes to what goes on around you. You saw some strange looking asshole snapping pictures of the Brooklyn Bridge? You saw some creep poking around the train tracks? Someone seems to be scoping out the water tower? Make a damn phone call. That's civic duty.
So a threat was made on America. Only an asshole would sit in his house saying "i hope someone will protect me". Protect yourself. # these people and their predictions and their threats. If we have nearly 3 million people ready at a moments notice to stand up for themselves, their neighbors and their country, these threats wouldn't mean a damn thing.
It may be a nation's duty to protect it's citizens, but a good citizens also protects his or her nation.

Well of course that's another issue I have here. To me, it doesn't matter who it is or who did it. What matters to me is that if the citizens of America are awake, aware, and alert enough to keep an eye out on things, it will make it more difficult for such attacks to occur, regardless of who it is doing them.

If someone's trying to punch me in the face, my first priority is not to get punched in the face. I'll worry about who it is doing it after I duck the punch.
