Angel Hair

How many of you have heard of people seeing "angel hair" in the vicinity of UFOs?

I have read a little about it from Paul Hill's book "Unconventional Flying Objects," but was wondering if someone else had a hypothesis of what it could possibly mean?

I'm reading through descriptions, and the stuff is said to illuminate under a black light. It sounds a lot like the seemingly-organic material found during chem-trail sprays, which is funny because chem-trails usually come from human planes. I don't know much else but that's my two cents.
