I like most if not everyone on this site believes in things that are "above top secret" that many "regular" people do not, I feel that makes us special. Its far better to have and open mind than a closed one but heres the problem. We need some proof of our claims. Discussions don't need proof, its just an open venue to discuss particular topics but when people claim moon bases ( then show terrible photos) or claim secret bases they show have good photos or proof. This website if full of good people trying to expand their knowledge base, so please no claims with no proof.

Anybody who makes wild claims on this site without any solid proof. are nailed to the cross(parden the pun) pretty quickly. All you have to do is search the threads.

I did ride on the special bus to school throughout my childhood

Anyone else get that vibe?

If there was any "proof" then there wouldn't be a UFO forum. We could all go to the "Secret Societies" forum and poke the Masons. See, there's no alligator forum because we know alligators exist.

The best we can hope to do at this point is assimilate what we do have and take it from there. And if Mr. Lear is grinding your gears, then just ignore him. I'm sure he won't mind.

The study of UFOs isn't really a study of UFOs. We don't have a UFO to study. All we have are people's reports. So we're really studying the people. None of whom have proof. Or the point would be moot and they'd be FOs.

John Lear never says "This is how it is, so you must believe me!".
He says "I believe it's like this but you should make up your own mind about it.".
You are attacking another member of ATS and that is a "no-no" according to the TOS.
Not a very nice thing to do by the way...
I personally have the utmost respect for John Lear.

Without searching I know of 3 different topics critical of John Lear. WTF?

It makes me a little angry, he's really a nice guy interested in spreading the truth that he knows. He hasn't forced anything on anyone.
Lighten up a bit.... Jeez

Neither, just pointing out a duplication of a current topic.
