Before I used to get topics that I have no previous understanding. Nowdays it is just what is on the news or paper nothing new. No thrill. I am still visiting ATS only for member responses to latest topics. Before I used to learn a lot from ATS, now just improve.

On behalf of the members of ATS. I wish to apologize, you are here on a Saturday. For some reason, we all seem a little off our game on Saturdays. If you check out ATS during the week, the posts are usually of higher quality.

What topics interest you that you seek a greater understanding of?

Interesting stuffs, like "U.S. bombs Japan."
May be not that extreme.
Something like "Breakthroughs in Medical Field."
"New Genius"
Not just old conspiracy, but new conspiracy.

Have you guys realized, once in evey while the entire ATS goes blank. No one posts any topics or anything, maybe they are writing or something.

Frankly I think that the creation of BTS has turned things around at ATS.

Also, the perspective has been more balanced of late (thanks to certain members efforts to reveal political and other biases where hidden, ahem), which leads to a faster and more precise focus on the real issues.

For myself I have been at this awhile so sometimes it appears that I take a cursory view of things but that is not the case. When you get good at anything you learn what to focus on and what not to.

Hang in there because we are in interesting times and they are only going to become more interesting.

After a review by the site admin (William) of the pertinent FACTS of a board like this Surfup recanted his original claim to dislike of our fair community and stated he was, in fact, here for the "long haul"...

THEN a few impertinent posters shot one over William's bow in typical whining fashion, making NO contribution to the discussion at hand, and ran away.

All I want to see is some kind of contractual guarantee on ATS that requires the board and its members to be exciting and engage in interesting discussion. Oh right, there is no such thing. Threads like this should not exist. There are absolutely no guarantees about message board or poster quality on the internet. If there was, there would be less of them around.
