2 Questions: 1) Wal-Mart Not in Germany? 2) France Not in Lebanon?

1) What happened to Wal-Mart in Germany? I heard the Germans had asked them out. Is that true? Does anyone know?

2) France was supposed to send 3,000 soldiers as part of the UN Peacekeeping Force in Lebanon. Instead they are sending 300. France must have a very good reason for this. I suspect Bush43 has misrepresented some material fact. Either to France or to the American people.

This is a serious break-down in communications. Is this something John Bolton did? Or Condo Rice? What do you think is behind this grand discrepancy?
