Does that mean Diet Cola as well, or just Regular?

Is it just for men, or will women gain 15 pounds a year too or more/less?

diet soda has no calories so....you can figure that out. Regular coke, pepsi or other sugar containing sodas

When claiming facts it is a good idea to have it accompanied with a link to verify the "fact." Otherwise we can go running around saying a can of Pepsi will give you x-ray vision.



diet soda has no calories so....you can figure that out. Regular coke, pepsi or other sugar containing sodas


So if I cut 150 or so calories and skip breakfast I can have a can of Coke everyday and not gain the "15 lbs. per year" right?

The claim of the soda/weight, is in the lastest edition of mens health mag. like i stated when i first posted. Look and you'll see it.

If you're active at all you can burn off the calories from the sugar very easily.
I'd be more concerned about the phosphoric acid in that can of soda.
Phosphoric acid makes your brain kinda slow down, yep, temporary stupidity....
Yer ridin the short bus now.
Who knows what it does after long term exposure.

And diet soda?!?! LOL don't even get me started. It's one of the worst things you can do to your body... give me real sugar any day.
