global consciousness on red

Iv'e just checked out gcp.djbradanderson.com... and thought id let you guys know its currently red which the website claims is "a strong coherence, with a percentage of less than 5%" for those of you who dont know about the Global consciousness project there are a few threads on Ats about it unfortunatly i cant find the one im looking for so any help would be greatly apreatiated i remember it talking about how it was red just before such events as 911.

i myself find this quite worring after the Alex Jones prediction discussed recently here

But im just going to keep an eye out on the news for any events over the next few days

I've been looking into the Global Consciousness Project after reading that it spiked on 9/11 before the first plane ever hit the building. It's some pretty fascinating stuff.

Yeah.......digital,I share your confusion......It's kind of like www.cyberspaceorbit.com it's interesting but you're never quite sure what the point is.

I saw a tv program on this once it is really interesting but still debatable.
Basiclly there is order in chaos. The whole theory is the the world population
can predict the future. Not in a straight sense of when or where, but when something
extrodinary happens. When the chaos becomes ordered, we the human race was
supposed to have created it. This happened on 911.

On the Discovery Science Channel, I saw an experiment where two people were seperated and hooked up to bio-feedback systems.
Certain couples did seem to demonstrate affilibity.

This one-mind, one-body though, put my name on the do not call list.

Trancer, could you briefly explain what this "global consciousness" really means, please? I've read it a little, but I'm short on time to do a full scale research. And I'm sure other people would apprechiate it. Thanks in advance!

ok so they place random number generators around the world and see how they pop up? i guess im still not getting how they measure the global conciousness. are they asking people stuff?

also if the colors dont indicate any specific time frame when the events occur
(if any) how can you attribute the data to its occurance. according to some critics of this project, they say that the color system doesnt truely help with anything, and is up for interpretation because of how the data is gathered.
kind like if someone says they feel something really bad is going to happen...and 1 day a man gets shot, and 3 years later a world war occurs. which one do you think the person is going to try to get credit for...even though she had the feeling years ago. so i do see where the critics are coming from,

Went to the Brad site, gcp.djbradanderson.com... and copied this:

Have no idea what data is collected or why the statistics on a stream of random numbers is useful in any way. How is it said that this "project" measures anything, let alone "Global consciousness". Come on, where's the guy that jumps out and shouts, "Trick!"?

My guess is, is that the random number generation and human conciousness link is related to quantum theory and string theory, mixed with parapsychology.

Its interesting nonetheless, and perhaps they might be on to something. Maybe not what they think. But human conciousness is still a great mystery.

Ahhhhh, now if we just knew what quantum theory and what string theory have in common with random numbers, and/or consciousness, or the globe, for that matter, why, we'd have a real thingy on our hands for sure, for sure.

I heard about this on the snoory show a while back, it was pretty interesting stuff a little bit confusing for me though because it goes in a lot of different directions but im also not the sharpest knife in the draw

It is blood red right now. Well, it was happening quite many times this year, but nothing really significant happened.
