Toasted Bagels With Hot Sauce.

Okay, so this may sound like an odd combination. But I really like toasted bagel with hot sauce on them. Toasted bagels with hot sauce on them are actually reeeeally good depending on what kind of hot sauce you put on it. Ya just toast the bagel and spread some hot sauce on. Mmmmm. I way wondering if anyone else here also eats bagels like this.

I've never tried this, but I do like hot sauce. What kind do you put on it? I've got 2 different kinds of hot sauce. Tobasco and a green habanero sauce.

Those would probably be good on a toasted bagel. I find sauces made with tobasco, habanero, and jalepeno peppers to be the best on bagels.

And I find sauces made with cayenne pepers aren't that great on them thought. But that's just me.

I know that it just isn't right to make a comment about toasted bagels with hot sauce without actually trying it first. Nevertheless, according to my own, personal, taste sensitivities, I would have to "pass". For some reason, when I think toasted bagels, I think cream cheese NOT hot sauce!

Before I make the "ultimate and definitive ruling" on bagels and hot sauce (I am a tyrant after all), I'll actually give it a try. Is Frank's hot sauce appropriate?

When I first ate a bagel like this I used Frank's hot sauce. I thought it was alright with it. Not the best sauce I've used on it. But I still thought it was pretty good. So, yes I guess it would be appropriate.

Hot sauce on anything is good.

I put hot sauce on ice cream. Jk

I love hot sauce too! I like Frank's hot sauce for eggs, biscuits & gravy, and egg burritos... and then I use different hot sauces for other things. La victoria green for beens & corn bread, La victoria red (med) for fajita's & beef & been burritos...

And Taco bell sauce... just for drinking. I always ask for a handful of taco bell sauce... and then me and my son fight over who get's to drink it! Yum
