Trough their logic they get to the point where they call Linux Evil because Osama uses it.
Mac OSX is equaly evil because its both Linux and its developed by "and extremely liberal company" feeding money to the democrats.

Sheesh, how retarded can they be.

Then them stating that Windows XP is the only good OS, while their own logic would stamp it the evil of all evil.

I'm a hard core Conservative and a Republican, yet I happen to also run Linux about 50% of the time.

I guess I'm evil... but its a great system and the way it is open source makes it wonderful to work with and learn on.

This guy has taken paranoia to an extreme degree.

And trust me when I say that from a computer forensics point of view, Linux should be easier for the gov't to track him, if he is in fact using it.

MacOSX is as far away from linux as you can get and still be compatable with the same tools. In fact, there is NO LINUX code in MacOSX - it uses the Mach microkernel not the Linux monolithic kernel.

Linux is the kernel or core of the OS. It actually is a very small part of what most people call "linux." Instead, a majority of the tools (what makes up a good 90% of the base OS) are GNU - just like Hurd or MacOSX. Calling an operating system Linux is like calling your car a Firestone because of the tires.

Hahaha im surprised to see this hear, i saw this article on a penny arcade forum a few months ago, and i was shocked out of my brains that their are people out there who believe garbage like this, but if u read all the comments below the article you see how many people abuse the hell out of shelly.

The author in question choose paranoia over doing a little research. The article is so far removed from reality that Im not even going to bother correcting the mistakes.
The author resents that Linux didnt wasnt invented in America hence she hates the OS.
Funny how she didnt mention how IBM let other companys design hardware for its PC platform.
