Hezbullah - Party of Satan

New headlines on the war on terror front -

Saudi cleric and one of the teachers of Osama Bin Laden issued a fatwa against Hezbullah and labelled it the PARTY OF SATAN and not the Party of G-D.

This comes after a Kuwaiti cleric issued the same a few weeks ago

I dunno man, but I think all these religious clerics love to issue useless fatwas. Not that I'm saying Hizbollah isn't bad. But my point is that in all my years, I've only heard one good fatwa. It was issued by some cleric in the UK. He said that it was Ok for muslim women in the UK not to wear headscarfs to avoid being targeted by racists.

Now THAT is a good fatwa. Just my RM0.02 (which is less than half a US cent).

My initial response on seeing this headline was give it a break Judah, just give it a break.

But then...While I would agree with that Saudi Cleric as a general idea, I have to say that God doesn't take sides and Satan is rather inept.

In all actuality as I understand it only clerics of a certian rank are allowed to issue Fatwas.... that was the objection in Islamic circles a few years back when Bin Laden issued one, not only was he not a cleric, but simply not qualified.

In all reality it is neither here nor there...like I said God doesn't take sides, and Satan is rather inept.

I could care less if they were a party of god, satan or bananas, they are committing terrorist acts and that's what pisses people off.

Sounds like nothing more than lousey Israeli Psyops to me. Since their idea backfired to try to ignite a civil war between the Christians and Muslims in Lebanon , they are going to now try to have the Sunnis infight with the Shiites.

It's important to note that this wasn't any kind of condemnation of terrorism, but a reflection of Sunni extremists hatred for the Shiites.

It's rather fortunate in a way that the Shiite and Sunni extremists still hate each other even more than they hate everyone else, even including the Israelis.

Enteresting!!!! And I'm glad that some Islamic leaders are stadning up and finally condemning actions by radical Muslims. Bout time they take some steps to take their religion back.

Kinda funny how people agree with Osama Bin Ladens teacher so easely when it suits them isn't it?
