So far I have only found this on the Procyon........

The Procyon culture is very spiritual but have little technology to travel deep space. They use the help of other beings to travel.

So it is not a military tactic, I wonder if it has to do with diplomacy, government intervention, maybe something to do with spiritual awakening? That is what I get from reading what Cutwolf posted.........

I was thinking it meant that some species, near procyon, had no military and were peace loving. They were attacked and destroyed/conquered by some tactic.

Anything popping up like that?

it seems you are correct, I havent gotten the answer yet, but the greys basically infiltrated the procyonians using mind control.

Hey now, just reading up on the past few pages since I got back, and I'd like to point out...I just suck...I've spent so many hours researching the game , and I'm happy to share any thoughts or answers I have...Additionally, if I had 200 posts I'd be happy to chat and help with the brainstorm there...but I cant yet
