Vitalie, all of the answers are updated on the Tinwiki page. As of right now we are awaiting for enough (200) unique referrals from other sites at which time the game should move forward.

Go to the bottom of the page and highlight. What looks like just red has some dots . . . . . . Don't ask me how anyone found them though.lol

At the bottom of the page under the ATS link, there in red so you have to look hard at first.
