break.com...

Its a video of Bush doing a speech.

Is this video slowed down or is he really drunk??

EDIT:
I sped up the footage to 1.5x speed and seems it was slowed down a tad indeed.

Kinda wierd, Bush's voice sounds the exact same, no matter what speed you play it at. No pitch shift or voice modification by the speed change.

Anyways, even at normal speed he makes about as much sence as a drunk skunk :@

"next year I made this prediction to ya"

and then he goes on to imitate AliG "Aaaight!"

I think it's slowed down. Funny none-the-less.

It is faked, IMHO. Nevertheless, it is one of the funniest videos I've seen this year! Fake or not, it is a must see!

Its wierd ya know, I recently saw a tape of Bush in a debate when he was running for Governor and he was actualy well spoken back then.

Starting to make me think this is either all an act or hes on some hefty meds making him dumb & dumber roled into 1 person.

Haha, another Hitler comparison.

Hitler was on tons of meds.

That was funny, I believe it to be doctored though.
Mind there is plenty of rumors of bush back on the bottle again. It would not surprise me in the slightest.
