Prof. Fran de Aquino

A few years ago this Brazilian Professor claimed that gravithy could be controlled by means of electromagnetic forces...In his website he uses math formulas (invented by him) to demonstrate that, he also shows some experimental data...

I don´t buy this, do you?

I know that it's an old thread, but 4 years later, a new quantum theory is almost prooving what Fran de Aquino was saying back in 1999. The inertial mass could be separated from gravitationnal mass.

I have read somewhere that after his experiences, he was approched by military and he is working for them since 2000 and there were a video which shows a ball of iron about 70kg levitating in the air. Anyone has seen this?

Ok so there are 2 properties of mass that can be treated separately, inertia & gravitational attraction. However, the single most important, most unexplained phenomenon, ANGULAR MOMENTUM or spin, tends to be ignored. I therefore do not believe this device works.
Bearden's comments on the power exchange in ELF systems may well be significant, but rotation is part of the equation.
Pumping an iron ball with (elf modulated) RF doesn't sound like the answer, but since i've never tried it, i may be proven wrong
