Now where have we seen that before? A twin headed eagle/pheonix and a pyramid. Just who exactly does this IDF represent?

Anyways, it's not the same logo, and the one posted origionally (I'd have to agree) is from a game.

Where? I certainly do not see it. The shoulder patch the one female is wearing is pretty vague and does not posses any distinct birds or triangles.

I totally agree with Skadi on that, not to mention there is not a single IDF insignia that resembles her shoulder patch. There are also none with birds, etc...

If tht epaullet is a phoneix, then its a three headed one.

Infact, it is made up of two elements, one looks like orangish brickwork, the other, is a bar with yellow and black tilted squares on it.

You can see in this other photo that it doesn't look like its on all of the uniforms.

The first symbol given here, its the double headed eagle of Austria, not a phoenix. If anything, it'd mean that the yehudis work for the Dual-Monarchy of Austro-Hungary.
