I never said I didn't, I however do not honor them. I do respect them for thier beliefs.

You of course would disagree once more because you also have a US/Christian centric view of what freedom is.

DON'T EVER, call me a Christian! Or say that I have Christian views. That is an assumption of yours, and you know what people make of themselves when they "assume".

I only believe in the message of Christ, just as I believe in the message of the other prophets. I am far from Christian, as they see him as the incarnation of God, I do not.

I honour only those that try and bring peace. Not pseudo-peace for one continent but world peace.

I thought you knew me better than that. I am pro American yes, many different people/cultures/ethnic groups of this world make up America. I will stand up for them be they Native American Indian, Middle Eastern, African, Jewish, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, German, Russian, Yugoslavian, I don't care! Every culture on Earth can practically be found in the USA, and they are American.

I feel you may still be ignorant in many things. Perhaps mostly in how you read people.

I didn't say you were a Christian only that generally Americans have Judo/Christian views.

Yes, you tweaked my tail.

However, I am not upset.
Just "tweaked".
LoL

And for your information JB1. My family are young Americans. We didn't get here until 1881. Only 122 yrs ago, 2.44 generations.

So HA!

My question is, would you stand up for them if they were living anywhere other thatn the USA.

Yes.
And I have.

Much of my personal thoughts are not here on ATS/BTS.

But dang it, you people are dragging them out of me!

I just wanted to add my two cents here. It is true, agents within and attached to the CIA have done wicked things for greed and revenge, sometimes even for the state. However, in all fairness, I have to say, I have no doubt that there are many brave and honorable CIA operatives who are truly in it to protect our country from true threats. It is very dangerous and disengenuous to make broad generalizations.
An example of exemplary service vs. evil is the Valerie Plame/Joseph Wilson affair. Sources inside the White House, namely Karl Rove, said "She's fair game." That's an assassination order, whether it is in body or character.
Another example would be the whistleblowers in the CIA and retired who struggled to make the truth known that the WMD "evidence" was bogus before the war. The devils under Rumsfeld in the OFFICE OF STRATEGIC PLANS are the ones responsible for lying us into war. Many CIA operatives current and retired came out and put their azzez on the line to make the truth known. I hold them in the highest esteem.
