Cleveland - One Earthquake Every 2 Weeks

I found this strange. Cleveland has been having earthquakes. Yes - Cleveland.
They have been coming like clockwork once every two weeks. They are not
large quakes, but they do shake things up. Of course there is that Nuclear
Plant to think about ....

hmmm ... no idea what this could be. Natural on on a time schedule - like
Old Faithful? Or humans could be up to something under Cleveland. hmmm.
