Iranian Soldiers Killed In Lebanon!!!!

why is this not being reported in all of the major news outlets if this is true then it could get really ugly..........

JERUSALEM – The bodies of Iranian Revolutionary Guard soldiers who were killed by the Israeli army in Lebanon have been transported to Syria and flown to Tehran, senior Lebanese political sources told WorldNetDaily.

The information was confirmed by Israeli and Egyptian security officials. It follows scores of reports the past few days Iranian soldiers have been aiding Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon in their attacks against Israel, including help with the firing of rockets into Israeli population centers.

Thank you for bringing it up, i haven't heard anything on the news yet. This could be an interesting developement, but i do not believe that military action will be taken against Iran.

I really hope this isn't true. Let's wait for a confirmation of a decent media station prior to drawing a conclusion from it.

Hundreds of Iranian Revolutionary Guard personnel are on the ground in Lebanon fighting Israel, security sources say.

"I have no doubt whatsoever that they are there and operating some of the equipment," an Arab diplomatic source told The New York Sun yesterday.

Considering how easy it is to dress a few hezbollah member into lets say ''iranian soldier'', i wouldnt be surprise if its only fuel for the propaghanda. Im pretty neutral on that one. Although it wouldn't surprise me at all, Im just wondering:

1) If this is true why didnt the Israelis keep the body as a proof of Iranian involvement?

2) Why would the Iranian dress their ''covert'' soldiers so if killed in action they'd be easily identified?

The Iranians are the biggest funding source for Hezbollah, as well as the primary trainers for the Hezbollah soldiers. It would make sense that Iranian military personnel might be involved with assisting with the aiming and launching of the rockets.

It seems logical that there would be Iranian personnel mixed in with Hezbollah. The question is, how many are floating around Lebanon and what is their total involvement at this point.

answers:
1) Israel is not murdering muslium terroists-thats why.
We know Iran holds civillian hostages.
We know hezbolla tries to capture hostages

2) because Iran is so arrogant now, they thing noone will find their involvement or do anything about it. I admit, i would like to have had the dead iranian bodies turned over to cnn the the UN and let Iran explain that away.

If capturing 2 Israeli soldiers is enough to make them wage war with Lebanon, you would think that if Israel knows about this they would attack Iran just as fast, and the only thing that keeps them in line, are the severe consequences of the war following that decision. I dont think Israel would like being surrounded by lots of countries.

Israel already is surrounded by other countries.

They have also been attacked by other countries simulataneously before and look how it ended.

If this is true about Iranian soldiers and the media is refraining from reporting it then they are only doing so because of all the diplomacy/peace talk and they know this would destroy that.

You missed my point.
It was Israel is a very strong modern military.
They ARE reginal arse kickers.

But that is in clear direct warfare, not terrorists attacks! waring with terrorists is nothing like waring with a "real" military that will go and face you.

That was my point!

I have good contacts with some of the people in iran's government and not one soldier is sent to lebanon. Hizbullah are skilled enough to handle themselves.

But warfare has made huge leaps and bounds in the past 15-20years.
MAJOR leaps, we only need to look at the gulf war 1, seeing how technical that was, over a decade letter look at the strides were made.

Now look a the lebanese conflict.
These missles are causing unbeleiveable amounts of destruction. Whole blocks leveled.

A war isnt fought with bombs troops and so forth any more.
You need space, you need precision guided missles.

You need economy, backing and political means.
If Israel hit IRAN, they have NEITHER of them.

Sure, donkeys years ago they fought several countries and won,
back in the day where the opposing countries were still using olden style bombs, missles, had scarce amounts of jets.
Now a days, most countries have large stockpiles of quality missles, jets, weapons and so forth.
Israel is a small physical country. There's not many places to place your military infrastructure.
IF enough countries get in on the ball game, and send a volley of missles into israel, israel will not survive.

If they openly attack Iran, the muslim world will unite against them, people are too shocked at the levels of civilian DEATHS to simply allow them to destroy another countries civilians.

the US cannot continue to fund IRaq, Afghan and then send copious amounts of military aid and money to Israel, and we will ultimately, and fair enough have to support our troops before another countries men. ITs that simple.

Israel will bite of more than it can chew if it hits Iran,
It will be over run, destroyed and driven into the sea with or without nuclear missles.
Then the entire middleast will be one hotbed of finatics begging for US blood.

Why else would Iran allow its troops to operate in lebanon.
If they really wanted to AVOID conflict they would of gotten all there men and equipment out. But they clearly arent phased at the concept of the world and israel KNOWING they have men and machinery operating in lebanon, against Israel.
