EU sending peacekeepers?

just heard on Skynews, it was coming from AP and an EU envoy said its possible for "peacekeepers" to be sent into Lebanon. The EU does have a newly EU "army like" body, which is used in peacekeeping roles (like in Kosovo).

did anyone else hear about it?

I posted a thread about this issue earlier on....
Western Intervention Force to Lebanon

The EU "Combat troops" are not yet in 100% ready state and most standby troops are on their way to DM Kongo...
