Looks similar to the architecture here in Chicago.

I've tried as many major Midwestern City names that I could think of.

Street sign could be:

Rail Pail
Pal
Paul

it looks similar to olean, new york but that answer didnt work

i tried a lot of midwestern towns as well, start trying the west coast i'll work on the east

good catch, I did'nt even pay attn to the sign. Too busy looking at the bldgs architecture.
