about "Bovis Lend Lease"
Does anyone "know" anything about this company.
They're the company behind the construction of the Scottish Parliament building. The cost has gone from �40m to �400m which is unbelievable.
I'm sure there's more than meets the eye.

Man, it's just capitalism. This part is known as 'riding the gravy train'. It's the large version of hiring a plumber/electrician/mechanic and getting a quote for �30 then a bill for �350.
When it's public money it's all the easier.
