I made this the other day, and it was nice enough to share with the world at large. So, here goes.
You will need:
Tall tumbler type glasses, enough for everyone.
Good quality chocolate milk (I used Marks and Spencer's)
Vanilla or chocolate ice cream, slightly melted
Crushed ice (not too fine)
And of course, brandy (I used Sainsbury's VSOP Reserve)
Fill a tumbler a thrid to half full of crushed ice, and pour a shot (or two!) of brandy in. There is no real reason why you do it this way, it just
looks nice when the brandy trickles down between the ice...
Next, top the glass up with milk, until there is about an inch or so of space left at the top. Scoop some ice cream, and place it into the glass. Now
comes the fun part. You can shake, stir or blend this mixture, until it attains a smooth consistency. Now drink it! If you can manage more than one,
then you are a braver man than I, as it is exceedingly sickly.
This recipe can be adapted fr use with any spirit, liquer, ice cream or milkshake, and you can probably even make pitchers of the damn stuff. If you
want to market this in a restaurant/bar/place-of-food/drink, then I dont mind, just mix my name (duckiciao or robert) into the title or
something...
Thanks for looking, and enjoy,
Rob.
