3-D crop circle found in English field

The crop circle season is underway in the UK, and its started with a blast this year.
An intricate "3d" crop circle has been discovered in a wheatfield in Oxfordshire.

Whatever your position is on the origins of crop circles, you must admit, this one looks pretty good.
My personal view on crop circles is that many are man made, but some examples defy the "man made" theory, or at least the theory that it's a couple of guys from the pub, with wooden boards.

I saw this on the news last night, cool.

Really does look like looking down on sky scrapers.....

It's a nice looking formation, definitely a creative piece of artwork... But as far as authenticity goes, I think this person said it best:

This is finally the proof we have been looking for from the aliens who are trying to contact us through the crop circles. Of course these designs were made by aliens. No human could ever conceive of such an intricate design, and could not accomplish the obvious physical feats creating crop circles. It requires advanced alien technology to create crop circles of this magnificence.

Finally, after years of waiting, instead of learning our language and sending us written messages, they have revealed exactly that they are an advanced civiliation.

But I wonder why all their designs are circular in nature. Why not some other formation, so that they could prove to the naysayers that it wasn't formed by a person standing in the middle holding a piece of rope while others circled around this person. Why do they leave us in doubt like that? Once we crack this riddle, it will truly be a glorious day!

Maybe its a drawing of "Ground Zero" NY. the star in middle being the destruction. Maybe ET's are mad at Bush too,, haha im kidding,, but I hope thats true because it's going to take an outside force to overcome the true secret government.

well its nice to look at but its certainly not the first 3d crop circle to appear and i doubt it will be the last.

a photo of the weave talked about would have been nice - i'll go hunting for one.

i found it funny that the definition of a hoax is how quick it spreads on the internet. amazing logic there!

Though the article said worlds first and this simply is not the case.

That's why I left out "Worlds First" for the ATS topic title, I want to make sure ATS reports, dont make the same mistakes as the mainstream media


I also agree, the deifinition of a hoax, being how fast it spreads on a network is ridiculous.

To tell you the truth, I don't believe crop circles are extraterrestrial art. I believe in extraterrestrials, but not crop circles.

Maybe, MAYBE there were 10 "authentic" ones in the history of reported sightings. And even those might have been weather pheonomenon. Remember, the first circles were just, well, circles.

No intricate designs or anything like that. Easily a weather pheonomenon. The newer, more intricate ones are inspired by the old ones, and yes, they are man-made

There's one thing you should remember about extraterrestrials. You can't assume they're sending a message. How do you know that their logic is the same as ours? Maybe they don't consider us as very important. Maybe, if they wanted to send a message, they would just hop out of their ships and say, "Hey guys, what's up?" .

Exactly, me too! In my opinion, crop circles are one of the main instruments of spreading DISinformation amongst the U.F.O, and Conspiracy Theorist communities.
(Just check out the headline to which I refer to in the opening post. The fact that it was not the "first 3d" crop circle, was proven wrong in the first few postings. Yet one of the major newspapers in the U.K. proclaimed it was!)

Crop circles have been debunked, many times, the debunkers have been debunked, several times.
I personally enjoyed reading an article that said there was C.I.A presence, during the "Doug and Dave" crop cirlce affair.

crop circles are very cool but just made by guys with planks and ropes.. think of them as free art. When the guys come forward saying they make the crop circles they are usualy ignored by the media who want to sensationalise the story.

Neon Haze that large crop circle you posted is called the Morning Star.
Crop circles have amazed me for about a year now I have been keeping an eye on them.

Where do they come from? It just isn't possible for people to make some that are so large overnight I believe.

I must admit this 3-D one is one of the most amazing I've seen. If it is man made its very impressive. Allthough it is 3-D, and amazing, I still think this could be man made, its a simple 3-D image and its not nearly as large or complex as others that have formed.

* Actually after look at this closer the 4 "skyscrapers" look geometric 4 skyscrapers in a row of 3. Look for a new 3-D crop circle with 12 (maybe x 3) objects in it soon.

That was my first impression of it as well. It reminded me of the WTC Ground Zero with the other buildings surrounding it. Could it be possible? I dunno, but I remember seeing satelite pictures from space on Sept. 11th and the days following and you could see the smoke, fire and destruction.

I don't think crop circles are made by aliens, but I don't think they're made by people with planks of wood either.

If you realy look into them you can see it's not possible to do with wooden boards or any other mechanical method. There are huge differences beytween man made and real ones. Stalks are not broken but bent at the nodes without damage to the plant.
They continue growing, where as crop flattened with boards usually don't.
The stalks are aranged in a swirling pattern, how do you do that with boards?

Also the 3d thing, I've always thought all the real ones are 3d. Stare at them like those old 3d posters (with all the random colours) out of focus, and you will see the 3d effect.

Could these be made by somekind of satelite laser or something?
