Well i would think they would be either somewhere hot or at an altitude where the Suns Solar UV light is sufficient.

I'm not much into mythical creatures, but I can believe that dragons once existed. Too many ancient civilizations from different parts of the globe talking about them.

I remember seeing something on Discovery channel about one finding involving a frozen Dragon body on a ice mountain or something. Maybe it was just a hoax, can't say.
