Was never involved in any really secret projects. I held a Q clearance and flew a B-26, OV-10, Turbo-prop Beech and Huey helo for various contractors to DOE. The last one I think was Dynalectron (they have changed their name since then). I flew air sampling missions over the Nevada Test Site during underground nuclear tests. I flew the same airplanes for EPA on air sampling missions throughout Nevada and Arizona.

Between 1966 and 1972 I flew missions for the CIA throughout southeast Asia; Laos, Cambodia and Viet Nam. I flew for CASI. They were all just delivering guns and ammo to our allies. I ferried USAF FAC aircraft from Wichita to Nha Trang (CIA contract).

Between 1977 and 1982 I flew CIA missions throughout Eastern Europe and Africa. All guns and ammo to allies.

In 1981 I was on standby in Cairo to fly the arms and ammo promised to Iran by Reagan called the 'October Suprise.' I never made a delivery because the first airplane in, an Argentinian CL-44 got shot down by the Russians over Yerevan, and Mossad, who was running the operation, didn't want to risk losing the Boeing 707 I was flying. The arms where eventually flown from the UAE to Tehran by another company.

I got shot down in Laos in a Twin Otter but made it into a dirt strip in friendly territory. The airplane was repaired the next day and we flew it out. I have written about all this in "John Lear on John Lear" somewhere on the web.

All of the UFO society (but one) checked out the material included in the files and found large inconsistencies and lies. The one person who didn't was Cooper, who claimed to have seen the documents when he was working for the government. When the files were declared as faked, Lear and Cooper were barred from Paranet and the friendship between them broke down, Cooper accusing Lear of being a government agent. Lear is now lecturing about his Hypothesis.

With all thing's set aside for the mean time of disclosyre of it being fact. Why would they/them/whoever want to be interested in us except for the "Soul" theory. Is there something that the moon or the earth produces,(Other than soul's) that they could possibly want. I have done exstensive research in ot the moon and have found out that the moon would be a perfect mining facilitation center for the ever sought for "New' ore and or chemical , such as 3HE/4HE?

It doesn't leave me with the best impression of Rick Doty... for example (emphasis mine):

The simple fact of the matter is that the emails sent to Victor Martinez by Rick Doty and Paul McGovern were sent from the SAME physical computer.

You only know what you have been told. For many centuries we were all told the earth was flat. So to totally dismiss in a insideous matter anyone's claims that YOU can't personally prove as untrue, is not what this site is about.

THat is my view I will not get in to a flame war, so I will leave it at that.

1) john do you agree that they will never agree to disclosure until there is total mind control of the whole human population. then they will be able to control every thing going into our brains, and even making sure how we digest that info, even then they can just tell us anything and everyone should just believe it. is this the only way they can ever tell us about aliens?

2) do you think our lifes are decided before we are born, or are we able to make our own decisions in life. i.e is there a destiny?

3) who is higher up in the intelligence service area. is it oni(naval intelligence) or nsa, or are these groups below others. are there groups or agencies higher than these that we have not heard of(i do not mean majestic, as we have heard of these).

4) i remember you saying on coast that while you were speaking about these things you could not get work or jobs etc... what made you go back to talk about these things?

5) with regard to the ufo alien stuff, what do you think is the bit of info that is totaly credible, that cannot be disinfo and absolutely true. what is the main point that you think no one can dispute?

Its ok, Im sure Mr. Lear has heard much worse, most likely he'll thank you for your input and wish you a nice day. However you can't deny that you have never been to any of the planets in question. You may think this sounds like an absurd argument, but the poster above me couldnt have put it better. The media has convinced us that everyone in the middle east wants to kill each other when most of the people just want to live in peace. Why, because they know that most americans wont bother to go see for themselves. If they can present an incorrect picture of whats happening on our own planet dont you think they can lie about the other planets as well?

I dont want to derail this thread, but this "crazy stuff" you believe in, was that backed up with 100% solid evidence?
Im guessing not, so whats digestible depends on ones appetite, and what taste's good, so to speak, if you dont like it, post somewhere else.

As far as the quality of the UFO forum, why dont you post something "digestible", i have noticed a few threads where people describe massive events, with no evidence, i dont read them, if it annoys you, maybe you should do the same.?
