The Remedy crew has told this in many interviews in TV and in MAGAZINES..

IRL Max Payne lives in Porvoo City, Finland.. or was it Pori City.. im not sure.. in which one.. i cant remember..

But 'Max' has a Finnish face.. thats for sure..

I just finished Max Payne 2 today. OMG! What an awesome game and storyline. Can't wait for Max Payne 3!!

Also there is time limited mode for those looking for something harder..



I have already finished the easy mode and playing in 'medium'..

Nah I finished in easy mode first. Haven't started playing the other difficulty modes yet.

Shoot the brown 'bolts' off.. all 8 of them.. (that makes some things to drop.. 2 things actually..) then shoot tha mofo!

(best way to shoot those is at directly to the 'base of the bolts'..

And also use M4.. i had hard time with AK-47.. as it isnt as accurate..

yea just after i posted this i used the mp5 scope and shot them out i was kinda dissapointed in the game really just bring on the 3 installment

It was kinda short..

But it was fun to play..

The 'dream/illusion' episodes werent as #ed up as in Payne1..

Points for that..

And Mona was nice..
(I practicly had a 'hard on' all the time while playing with her..)

I hate Max Payne 2. It was generic. There was nothing new in the game, the weapons were boring, too many walking on ledges areas. Stroyline was half hearted and shallow despite taking up most of the game. I was extremely annoying by the defend the weakened Max while playing Mona scenes. He just keept randomly dying.

The fact that it was short was the best part. And dont get me started on Vlad. Running around in a circle shooting at pins was the best they could think of? MP2 just sucks. It does very little right and hasnt an once of creativity.

Regardless of the bad reviews i so need to get this game

One warning: The game is INCREDIBLY short.

I also thought it was rather easy. I beat it in (no kidding here) about 8 hours over the course of 3 days. Easy, short, and had a predictable ending.

I'm not saying it stunk, but I expected more.

As for Colonel, I'm glad to see he likes FPS's, liking that guy more and more everyday. If you want a good FPS, you can try Bo one lives forever 2...if you like Comedy that is.

NOLF2 is basically Metal gear solid meets Austin Powers in an FPS game.

Also, Deus Ex 2 and Thief 3 are coming out right before Christmas. I know you are conspiracy minded Colonel, so if you have never played Deus Ex...

GET IT.
