Particles of all shapes and sizes

HI just to state i am confused out of my mind

LAtely Ive seen a few documentries adn read a few books about scinece(and some scifi) and I thought id take this chance to get myself sure. Could people explain all the subatmic particles to em as well as all the types of 'none matter' there is.

First off im not completly mentally decrepid

I know about electrons neoutrons and protons, and a tab about quarks.

Some of the things of heard about are anitmatter, dark matter and dark energy as well as mesons. IM sure theres tones more so hey why not get our own encyclopedia(sp?) together while were here.
