wolf messing question, great russian psychic or fraud?

i have a question i'd like to ask, has anyone here ever heard of wolf messing and his exploits? Does anyone know if what this man did is true?

Here's a few links. I know he was supposedly a mentalist did many strange things. I wonder if mentalism could ever be possible? Was there ever any other cases recorded like this? Could someone become this powerfull and focused with there psi?
