What would win in a fight? A imperal star destroyer or the Enterprise?

Like you even have to ask.

Star Destroyer definately.

Probably considering that the star destroyer is 20 times the size of the enterprise... I'd have to say the star destroyer.

Which *model* of the Enterprise are you talking about? The old Constitution Class was about 3/4 of a mile long by itself & the later models were even larger, more heavily manned & used advancing technology.

How would a Star Destroyer's shields hold up to a Photon Torpedo anyway?...Those torpedoes packed more than enough power to destroy the shields of any other opposing spacecraft, no matter what it's size (It always had to take a vastly superior technology than the Federation's to be capable of resisting even a *single* torpedo shot).

Well the STAR DESTROYER is massive:

But I would say limited on manoverability and suceptable to attack from a large powerful ship like the ENTERPRISE E which would fairly punish the STAR DESTROYER.....

But with a whole swarm of those little Imperial fighters it would really be a tough battle.

But I will put my money on the ENTERPRISE E....

The Star destroyer is most definetly bigger then the enterprise, has more guns then they do, along with 6 squadrons (72) of TIE fighters, bombers(each carries at least eight photon torpedoes),interceptors. And you wonder who'll win

another major factor is the crew. You can have the most advanced weapons in the universe but it's all useless if you ccan't use it.

A Star Destroyer is much larger and has many more laser cannons and missile launchers than the Enterprise. Even if it is small and fast the Star Destroyer can use its tractor beam to bring the Enterprise closer to it.

Damn I sound nerdy
.

Ha ha ha ha

Tractor beams and cannons.
And 72 TIE Fighters it sounds like we will have to bring the DEFFIANT under cloak....

Atrittion the only way to fight.

Hows that for nerdy...

i dont think that the enterprise has that many guns compared to a star destroyer and i dont think the enterprise has the right kind of gun. like the death star it was unable to hold off the small fighters, only capital ships.

Star Destroyers were designed to subjugate entire planets... I doubt the same could be said for the Enterprise versions, which are exploration vehicles. You not only have to consider the ships, but the support ships themselves as well (that launch out of it)... A Federation Shuttle wouldn't last long against hordes of TIES, Lamda Shuttles, Stormtrooper Gunboats, etc.

Can anyone else imagine a fight between a Borg Cube and the Death Star? That would be so jokes

Ok..who would win. A borg cube or the Death Star lol.

I'm gonna go with the Star Destroyer, for a couple reasons.

1) Star Destroyer is:
a. Bigger
b. Has backup
c. more weapons
d. looks badass
e. Star Wars is better than Star Trek

If the enterprise knows where to hit the SD it would have a good chance.
