"We stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment.
The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is,
also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an
historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled
times, our fifth objective -- a new world order -- can
emerge: a new era -- freer from the threat of terror,
stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in
the quest for peace. An era in which the nations of
the world, East and West, North and South, can prosper
and live in harmony. A hundred generations have
searched for this elusive path to peace, while a
thousand wars raged across the span of human endeavor.
Today that new world is struggling to be born, a world
quite different from the one we've known. A world
where the rule of law supplants the rule of the

on the same day as President Bush's NWO speech in
Washington... 9-11-1990 !!

Dzerzhinsky, founder of the Cheka [KGB], was born on
9-11.

The KGB ' Public Relation ' Center on Dzerzhinsky
Street in Moscow was dedicated at 11 AM, 9-11-1990 !

So, the KGB were dedicating their new KGB
"Public Relations" center in Moscow on the same
day that American President Bush made his NWO
speech in Washington... 9-11-1990... 11 years
before 9-11-01 !!

I know bush sr was all about New World Order in speeches(I actually have a list somewhere around here...).

The KGB public relations thing could seem coincidental. I don't happen to fully believe in coincidence however. (9/11 for this then the 9/11 attacks, both under a bush as well) Not concrete but I see what you're suggesting(i think)

Anyone familiar with numerology or astrology have any comments on the numerical significance of these dates?
