Arm your nation...

This is something I've always been sorta curious about so here it goes.

You each have a nation with a good mix of terrain and climate and you've been given 40 Billion USD for arms aquisition for the entire armed forces. You can buy -anything- that has a unit price attached be it the F-22 or the Su-47... heck you can have some of both even, no restrictions other then price just remeber that you have to arm -everyone- even down to foot soldiers. For the purposes of simplifying things we'll leave out any naval weapons.

2 million x AK-103 @ 1000$ = 2 billion
20 000 x NTW-20 @ 11000$ = 220 million
80 000 x DSR-1 @ 9200$ = 736 million
160 000 x RPG-29 @ 500$ = 80 million
40 000 x Igla-1 @ 60 000$ = 2.4 billion
5200 x BMP-3 @ 800 000$ = 4.1 billion
2400 x T-90S @ 2.3 million = 5.5 billion
600 x 2S6M Tunguska @ 8 million = 4.8 billion
??? x S-400 Triumf @ ??? = ??? (( if anyone knows what this might be send me a u2u ))
??? x Sa-17 @ ??? = ??? (( if anyone knows what this might be send me a u2u ))
An-70 @ 50 million
An-124 @ 80 million
240 x Su-37 @ 37 million = 8.8 Billion
144 x Su-25TM @ 8 million = 1.1 Billion
240 x Mi-28N @ 12 million = 2.8 Billion
Mi-26 @ ~3 million (used price, if there's a new price you know of send me a u2u)
NH90 @ 23.5 million
