Indeed. And if one were to do enough research with the most powerful computers in the world for decades, one would be able to identify and implement
all the variables necessary to seed and feed a storm long enough to cause floods. Hey considering what the civilian world physically has access to as
far as information and technology, is it possible these hurricanes over the past several years may as well be a joint attack by unknown powers in the
world?
Quite an interesting technological feat., perhaps they should be using it to re-forest desert wastelands into thriving farms and natural ecosystems.
Especialy in such deprived regions as North Africa and the Sahara, as well as Mexico, parts of Asia, and the Andes mountains by Chile.
