I have been trying to do this but don't know how.

Is it possible to turn my monitor colors into Black and White?
It has no option to do that, so there is any software to do that?

You should be able to do that by tinkering with the color settings in the control panel for your graphics card.

perhaps your monitor has the option to reduce the colour..

just out of curiosity, why black and white anyway?
