Indeed I have, but I don't think people in North-East of England can see them. Aren't they mainly visible in the REALLY northern part of the world?

Nice looking clouds, nothing out of the ordinary, at least not on the northern hemisphere. Guess it might depend on were you are located.

Aurora Borealis is obviously a northern "thing" but you would be surprised how far south it can be spotted under the right conditions. Is there a southern hemisphere equalient?

What causes that ?
I can understand a fast moving draft or something causeing something that
looks circular, but this looks like its from a cookie cutter ???

I thought that Cirrus were high altitude clouds though? Those don't look high altitude to me though. Furthermore they are too bunched together eg. density seems a bit high to me.
