Complete bliss it is...

I am still saying I really like Linux, even though I just recently (last week) had a major 'crash' and had to re-install RedHat 8.0. What happened was that I re-did the XFree86 configuration file to change my screen resolution to a higher option, I did that... Then I restarted X - And it wouldn't load! It just kept saying their was a config error, so I re-did the configuration file again to put it back to what it had been. And it sill wouldn't load X! So I shut linux down and booted up again, then I got kernal error messages, lol.

I managed to fix those, but X still would not start. So I just re-installed Linux, lol. I think I know what happened though - I forgot I was only using my on-board VGA adapter and I overpowered it by configuring a resolution it couldn't handle. Thats all I can think of. It was weird though. Oh well... I hope that doesn't put anybody off Linux, lol. As it was my fault, not Linux's
