I have noticed a lot of time-related oddness posting online. But then think about it - I'm not even a member of HTM and I bought a copy. So by logic there have to have been more magazines than just that one.

And since they publish loads of info. about things like UFOs it wouldn't be that much of a co-incidence if two people had the same magazine and also have been at crop circle sites. I don't know about the 'theft', or more what I described above. Maybe a batch of mags from the future leaked? I'm not sure.

ok ed done a bit of reading on HTM. Interested to see how you link a cult that has no specific religious beliefs to 9/11.

Oh dear, I thought you had become a human there for a minute. Read my thread opener, you aren't the first one to post in here that didn't bother reading what I already wrote.........
, though I don't think that other poster meant any harm.

You also don't seem to have read what I wrote in my other on-topic replies here that were not dealing with your personal issues but with the actual topic. It's quite a lot to miss considering the way you wish to present your true interests.

ok you said that this was an article in an htm magazine? and that it was celebrating the events of 9/11? to my mind the only people celebrating the events of 9/11 would be islamic extremists. so how does that compute with a non-specific religious cult - one of whose leaders has said that america is a great country?

www.rickross.com...

also, where does the time travel come into it? are the time travellers separate from htm or are they htm? if separate who are they?

i dont want to silence you, just an explanation as to the linkage.

btw i dont have personal issues over this or mean you any harm. you are free to post on any subject you wish. by the same token i can question as i wish.

Time-travellers? Do you mean why I think the magazine was taken?

I think it is non-specific religiously or belief-wise. Also at the same time they are sort-of Islamic, I wrote about that already here too, a little bit. So maybe you missed that post too then. I am not editing them! If I do then it says that I have.

I don't know if they have anything to do with it directly at all, I was meaning that something very odd took place that knew about it way before it happened. I can also think of a lot of patriotic and pro-America people and groups who would do something like that at the same time. ( see Oklahoma bombing for example ) Like I said, it doesn't seem to have been meant to happen.

It seems that some things can be prevented from taking place - there was some problem here that meant that didn't work out, and I feel that my having that magazine and seeing those things in it but not knowing what they were, had a connection to that situation. It should have been handled better or watched properly, it feels a bit like someone should have explained to me what I saw and then perhaps they could have actually prevented it. Hence why I wrote earlier 'pity it didn't work'. Who else have such untidy things happened to. Do you see what my point is?

Plus had their magazine stolen and spoke about time travel.

let me be blunt if you dont have connection between htm and 9/11 i.e. a 9/11 conspiracy, then maybe this thread should be in paranormal studies!

Am I the Only one who noticed Ed Had a GINORMOUS chip on his shoulder?

Banned? Banned Who? Ban Me? My stuff's credible *snarl* C'mon bring it, I'm not Dragon guy, I hate you! *sniff*

Ed please for the sake of your article, approach the situation more rationally when you respond to your first questions. People will question your authenticity if you instantly go on the defensive and take a tone like that one.

Just a bit of help for you while you are posting, I hope.

Anywho, interesting thread if it's true.

What I recall is the children were learning English and one of them showed me the book they had, and I was looking at it - and it depicted some destruction that I thought was weird for a kids book, but I put it down to the history they went through and thought it must have been about that.

Hello ed 209 .. could you please clarify this part? Where exactly in India did you visit to find and meet Afghani refugees out here?!
And in which childrens book did you find all this?

Although the info is similar, there is a definite difference in writing style between ed and DBD. I can see plainly that ed is much more refined with sp, grmr and punct.

Although, what does bother me is he seems to know so much about so many things but wont give a straight answer when asked. Nothing personal ed.

jbondo whats the chances that two people are going to have exactly the same experience, that those two people share a common interest (crop circles) and then both decide to join this board and post their story - you have a better chance to win the lottery!!

I have no dog in this hunt, so consider that with what I'm about to post ...

Charles Hoye Fort put out a number of books, some of the material in there covered just such "interesting" synchronicities or oddities, if you will.

As I get older and investigate more, I find less and less that is difficult to accept as possible.

Just sayin ....

I had no idea what 9-11 was.

I wondered what these emblems and logos were that were printed in the magazine, and had things like rainbow graphics with 9-11 written on them.

The magazine I bought in London in 1998 from a Holy Tabernacle Ministries store. Sadly, the person who told me about HTM stole the magazine from me when he came to visit one day, and then disappeared - lots of people wondered where he went to. So I don't have the magazine ever since then, which was only a few days to a couple of weeks after I had bought it in 1998.

I can't prove it, but I swear over anything that is true.

Please come back with the name of the magazine. A short search in google could find a source that can give you an oppertunity to buy it or at least post a link or picture. ATS members deserve better documentation than what you have given....

I seem to recall I had an almanac from the future with all the sports results, but somebody came back from the future and stole it from me... no wait...

But seriously, it was February 1998 when Osama bin Laden issued his Fatwa against the United States. There could have been something published about that, though I don't think 9/11 had any special significance. IIRC, the hijackers had been set to strike the week before, but postponed for some reason(s).

this might be a little off topic, but not enough to have a different thread. i had a book that was also stolen from me, it was called "To The Remnant of Israel". Actually, i'm not really sure if that's what it was called, but that sounds about right. i had this book in high school, and i got really freaked out when 9-11 happened because the book had the date September 11th on there, but the year was before 2001, i'm not sure of the exact year. i do know that it was a Muslim extremist book, has anyone come across this book?

I hold no brief for the Holy Tabernacle Ministries, whoever or whatever they are. Having glanced at the links provided, I think it's safe to say they're a bunch of cranks.

But suggesting that they had something to do with 9/11, and knew in advance about it, without submitting so much as a shred of evidence to support that proposition, is libellous.

This is not 'exposing a conspiracy'. This is simply wicked, and however crazy the HTM people are, it's really unfair to them. If you're going to fling accusations like this around, ed209, put up some proof.

Either that or withdraw your fantastic, incredible claim.

Similarities:
1)Occurance is in 1998.
2)HTM, Holy Tabernacle Ministries.
3)Rainbow images with 911 printed on them.
4)Magazines stolen by introducer.
5)Both about 911 premonition.
6)Took 5 years to go public.
7)This Suspicious thread

Too many for you guys? Yea me too
I just got to say something, ed.
BUSTED!!
