alright, I feel extremely bad for saying this...but I've never seen the Blade Runner....someone wanna give me the low down on what it's all about?

the directors cut is the best.. its hard to get hold of the original cut anyway now..

to grommer : basically its about humanoid robots that are like allmost human, they are used as slaves .. anyway there are cops called blade runners whos job it is to kill these robots when they go awol as they are banned on earth.. a bunch of these robots escape from an offworld col and come to earth trying to infiltrate the company that produced them'

they are doing this because they have been given a 4 year life span... but they have/are starting to learn emotions and dont want to die..

its a bit weird and maybe hard to follow.. allthough i think its a piece of sci fi history.. it was a major flop at the movies when released..

it is classed as a sort of cyber punk movie.. i consider it really dark with lots of meaning.. i feel it dwells on questions such as would intelligent robots deserve rights and stuff..

i feel when released the crittics that called it names didnt understand what it means..

i guess youll have to check it out..

you either dont get all the fuss.. or you absolutely adore it...

maybe im just weird haha

anyway enough about "Blade Runner" ill make a thread at a later date on this film...

I debated watching Blade Runner when I got home from work tonight.

well it all deppend's on if you like it...if you like it sure blast it out really loud.. musical score is great..

if you dont like it then dont watch it what would be the point on punnishing yourself...
