I know it probably makes me a terrible person,
but I couldn't help but laugh a little at the hosts reaction.
His laugh is contagious.
I know, I know...
Yeah, I'm pretty terrible (I guess).
But that host really got a kick out of this.
It sounds like they're speaking Russian, so if someone knows Russian, please feel free to translate.
I'm not entirely sure, but I think what the host found so funny is the story of how that young woman came to be wheelchair bound and how medicare (or whatever health care provider) wouldn't cover her expenses because of the (possibly stupid?) nature of her injury.
I do not speak Russian(?), [but I am a cunning linguist...] but that is the impression that I got watching this clip.
I wonder if that host lost his job after this, or maybe his producers found it as funny as him?

This has been posted before. The language is Dutch, I believe, and it is a skit from a comedy show. It's still very funny and transcends language barriers.
