Mozilla wont play video

Hi.

Ive got mozilla and IE but a while back mozilla stopped playing video. The play button etc.. are just all grey and nothing plays. Usually i'll have to paste the url into IE and IE plays it fine but its anoying and not only that but now IE has started coming up with an error box when I paste url's into the address bar does anyone know how I can get mozilla to play video again? any files I need to download?

I have Mozzila...and the same thing happened to me, awhile back..
Usually on the bottom right hand side a pop up or whatever it is called comes up, and asks you to download the ''missing shortcuts'',click on it and see what it does.

Or if you have the older version of Mozzilla try and get the newer version?

Don't take my word on this,as i dont know much about computers, but see if that helps.

If by Mozilla you mean, Firefox, then read this. If not, why not download Firefox?
