2 cups cooked rice...i use brown rice in a bag (just because that what we had)
2 cups choped chabage... i think i misspelled that
3 frozen baby carrots...you can add more if you want
acouple ringlets of onoin
2 cubes of chicken bulions(crushed)...yea i think i misspelled that to.
veggie crumbles
1 tsp to 1-1/2 tsp of La chop teriyaki stuff
enough oil to coat veggies

Cook chabage, carrots, onions, oil, and teriyaki stuff.
then add in bulions and stir until you can't see it any more
after all the veggies are cooked add in the veggie crumbles...
any amount that you like
after those are cooking nicely add in the rice

enjoy... i don't really know what chop suey is but this might be a truely butchered recipe lol

I keep cooked basmati rice in the fridge for a quick stir fry snack or meal.
I rummage around for left-overs, and anything goes when it comes to stir fry.

Your idea of cabbage sounds good because I always add a lot of veggies.
I'll give your combo a try and let you know how it turns out. Though I do like to fry my cooked rice first so it gets browned in some butter before adding the greens.
