I was just going to post a thread about this. Glad I searched first. I guess the usual suspects will come in here and try and make this guy look like he's either:

a: An author trying to make money.

b: Someone who is mad at the administration and is making things up.

or

c: Because he's not a structural engineer...his opinion doesn't count.
